**Here's an overview of what I want:**

* Development must be in Visual Studio .NET

* Develop an Add-on application for AIM 5.x and higher

* Coder must be familiar with AOL Instant Messenger?"?

* Coder must be proficient in VB .NET, C#, C++, DLL and API development

I've thoroughly outlined further details in the attached document. Please download it, review it and let me know if you have any questions. This project will require good communication skills and code commenting/documentation!
