fix css on a wordpress plugin

I have had a wordpress plugin created and the css modified to match my theme.
Everything looks correct on chrome and IE9
BUT in IE8 it does not display correctly.
I would like somewhere to modify the css so it displays correctly on all browsers eg IE8, IE9, chrome and firefox
I think if you are good a css, this would only take a few hours.
