Help with changing site based on viewer screen size

Hi, I would like some assistance with my site so that it changes the display based on screen size (iPhone, iPad, Desktop). It already uses responsive design and the site does change with screen size but there is an upper tab menu that I would like to change when the site is being viewed on a small screen such as an iPhone.
