Magento add to cart customizing

1. On the “Catalog” page we would like to only have one “Add to cart” button that will transfer all the items selected to the shopping cart.- customize
· - Should be able to view products in grid form or list form. (only catalog page)
2. We would like to add another page “Order”- this might have to be customized depending on the size of the job.(See Attached snapshot)
· This page should have an order form or list of items where pictures will not be necessary to add quantities and one add to cart button to add all the selected items.
list view customizing must display on Ordering menu page by LIST View Type default.

3. On the webpage please disable right click function
