Need this coded in microsoft access for the pc. Need to know if multiple computers, via lan, can use same order entry screen and 1 central customer database? Need main menu. 1). Order entry screen - first and last name, address, city, state, zip, phone, date ordered, quantity (default to 1),credit card number, expiration date, ccv#, product ordered (drop down box updateable from main menu), autoship (Y or N default to Y),field for canceled order. Once this screen is filled out, will need to click a button or some action to "run" the credit card. will need notification of approval or denial to appear on the screen. check this site = [url removed, login to view] under development tools for specs needed to "run" a credt card (process, and deposit). If credit card approves, print A). shipping label and B). packing slip (2 different printers). If credit card is denied, notify order entry person and allow them to input a different card. 2). Reports customer list by phone customer list by last name customer count (active) (can you think of others that may be needed?) 3). Search by name by phone editable to cancel order or update credit card info. 4). Maintenance add/delete products back up databases ======================================= This is a beginning. I appreciate any input on other menu items to make this system flexiable. Thanks, Keith Additional requirments for this project: Menu item 5 - to be used daily to scan database to see if 25 or more days from order date has elapsed and if so, cause a shipping label and packing slip to be generated (this is the autoship portion of the system). This may require an additional database to store dates, product shipped, etc.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
