I am looking to create a site similar to that of [url removed, login to view]
It will run form a database(probably access or word) and must work the same as the above site. It will only contain 0800 and 0870 numbers to order so will be smaller in size than the above site. I believe it will be no more than 10 pages.
It must allows users to select a number form the database, input in a secure form their direct debt detials and personal info. Then send conf emial to them and one to [url removed, login to view] remove the number form the database.
The design will be simialr and web template can be provided if req.
It will require a feedback form which can be any any suitable language asp or other.
This is the first of many sites that will be req so please reflect this in your bid. looking for proffesional website and long term relationship. Please supply examples of your previous work in the bid
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
