Word / Excel Script

I often receive mailing lists in Word and need to convert them to Excel. I'm looking for a script that will do that automatically for me. The script/macro should take info in the following format:
Joe Smith
123 Main Street
Anywhere, ST, 12345
(800) 123-4567
(800) 987-6543 fax
info@[url removed, login to view]
[url removed, login to view]
and put into the following columns:
1. Name (First & Second can be 1 column)
2. Street
3. City
4. State
5. Zip
6. Phone
7. Fax
8. Email
9. URL
Fax, email & phone are not always included. Usually when I receive these lists, there is a full address, a hard return, the next address, hard return, and so on.
These docs tend to a large quantity of records - well into the 100's if not millions.
