I've got a backup copy of my WordPress blog (v 1.2) on my local machine. I need to have it uploaded to a different web host, and upgraded to the latest version of WP. It should be a simple job - but I'm just not a PC techie, much less a WP expert. So I need someone to do it for me.

## Deliverables

My Wordpress blog uploaded to a new site, with the following: 1. The Blog needs to work just like any other WP blog 2. Existing links between posts and to external image files need to resolve correctly 3. The blog needs to be using the latest version of Wordpress.
