We are looking for a program/script to help us connect to an asterisk server from flash.

We know about red5 but do not wish to go that route.

Maybe someone has developed a script that behaves like an Flash Media Server, so we can directly connect to it from a flash program? Or maybe you have a script that can run on the server and monitor published streams and then send them asterisk?

We don't need you to setup asterisk, or program the flash, just show us how to connect the two.

Are Current System:

Ubuntu 7.10

Flash Media Server

Asterisk Server

Must be compatible with Ubuntu.

Preferably someone who as already developed something as we need this running quick.
