Flash app with streaming video & secure account info

I need a Flash programmer to create or modify a video chat Flash web app that will allow for one main video to be streamed to the users, and allow up to 10 users to stream the video back to the main user to be deployed on an FCS server.

It also has to ---securely--- pull and pass information regarding money being exchanged to an offsite server, initially pulling an account balance, and passing transactions with that account balance back to the seperate web server, not in the same physical location, that is using PHP. This is a high-risk transaction to fraud, so security is first and foremost.

If I or someone else can find any sort of back door, false header packets, or any way that the script can be hacked that is easier than would be on a major bank's website, the project isn't complete.

The program will be deployed on a shared FCS server. The method of access/communication with the web server is left to you, currently running Fedora 4/Apache/MySQL and the usual that goes with it.

This may be done either as an original creation, or with third-party software. If you will use 3rd party software that isn't GPL/GNU for commercial use, include in your bid the cost of the license - you will be responsible for providing the license to all 3rd party software.

One suggestion that may make the project easier is to base it on the [FlashChat script][1] using [FC3's video chat mod][2], but it is up to you, especially if you feel that those scripts have to many security vulnerabilities.

Obviously, this isn't the entire project, so if you think that you're up for the challenge, please send me a message for the detailed specs before you bid.

Any other questions/clarifications, feel free to ask.
