PHP programming / logo design project for penny auction site

We need our logo re-designed, but it should maintain current parameters I will specify to the winning bidder.

We need (7) categories installed, each with its own page. The category pages should be fully searchable. The front page "auctions ending soon section" should be set up to include only the next (6) items that end, regardless of category.

We need a static box on the page that tells the user how many bids they have left

We currently reward users 1 point for each bid they purchase. These points can be used to buy items in our "points store"- we need (4) categories installed in the point store. The categories should be fully searchable and there should be a search box on the main store page. The point store page should include 4 buttons, 1 for each category and should include a sample picture denoting what the category is.

We need a twitter and facebook button put on the footer of our site.

We need our google analytics code installed.

We also need some wording on the site changed and font size increased.

Also, when a user adds an item to their watchlist, the item disappears when they navigate away and revisit their watchlist- this needs to be fixed.

There will inevitably be more a few minor tweaks that pop up with this project and we require the programmers flexibility and willingness in working with us on these problems.
