Build a prototype marketplace for parking reservations

Objective: Build an online marketplace similar to parkingpanda.com. Basically a C2C website with limited functionality, a minimum viable product, a prototype simply to test the Bangkok market needs for car park reservations.
Scope: End to end from design, to build, to test and deploy. Maintenance depends, but would be considered in a different engagement.
Focus: Bangkok, Thailand
High level functional requirements:
1. Users are able to find parking space and list parking space.
2. Users have a dashboard that have a view of their current profile, listing, previous purchase of parking, etc.
3. Platform must be able to integrate with external vendors to handle (hold/collect fees) and process payments (collect/pay).
4. Platform must have internal chat/mail between users.
5. Platform have to integrate with Google maps.
