Hi,
I am looking for someone to create a new Wordpress Website for an existing customer of mine, it is a business concentrating on one revenue stream.
The site will be no more than 25 pages of content, of which I have the majority of, prepared and in Word/PDF format only.
We have had a photographer visit and the photography will also be available shortly.
This website must make use of a "woo themes" responsive template, that I will purchase on your behalf, so you must be able to work with this.
There will of course need to be a "contact us" page with a form that emails to nominated email address (ideally with some anti spam check).
The site should be written to make best use of SEO strategies, and given keywords for each page.
It is a business website, and it am looking for completion shortly before 1st Jan if possible.
It must be very easy for the end user to understand and update using The CMS.
We would also need simple blog integration - the customer does not already have a blog, am open to suggestions , but blogger ? As long as this is shown as a news feed on website.
We would also like to get a video on the homepage to help with SEO, we will provide a simple video in any format required.
I have access to the current websites FTP location, but we need to keep the current website live until the new website goes live, so suggest we build in a sub folder for now - unless you recommend an alternative way?
I am looking to award the project quickly.
I would like to create a milestone payment for successful setup of the Woothemes Template, and loading of the 1st page content, so we can show my existing customer what it will look like, before we continue populating the rest of the website.
I would appreciate your swift response.
Full payment will be awarded on successful completion and population of template. We may of course require several amends after the first draft.
