Jquery module adjustment, colour changes on Joomla Website

The Jquery module found at this link [login to view URL] is currently sorting the pickets by ID and not by the order I specify in the backend. This is all I need rectified for the Jquery module adjustment.
In regard to the colour changes on Joomla Website [login to view URL]; I had some issues where many of the pages were not changing colour inkeeping with changes made in Template Manager. A previous tech. changed it to the current colour but now I need to adjust again. It is my understanding that it was done with PHP.
I am looking for someone to work on my sites on a long term basis so please propose a reasonable price give quality service and you can look forward to regular projects.
