We need to remove the render blocking js and minify and combine the css on this opencart site.

We've attached the tpl files that need editing, but please note that the javascript and css files will need to be edited too, and they can be found at [login to view URL] (view source).
We need to increase page speed by removing the render blocking Javascript on this site. This is an opencart site so opencart experience is a plus, and so is experience in projects similar.
The sites current theme is Dreamwhite by Dreamvention.
We do not need to do anything to the foreach loops, they are dynamic and have to remain that way.
We do need to cut down on the number of css files and js linked files in the header.tpl.
