Wordpress Help with POD plugin

Does anyone have experience with POD plugin. I am at a standstill with my project. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Actually the plugin for wordpress is called Pods. I am trying to get the information to pull into a menu or use a shortcode to pull into a page. Nothing seems to be working for me, but this is a new plugin for me.
