Urgent- Joomla 1.0 form fix required

Hi there,
I have an urgent need to get this task completed today.
I currently have a form set up (used blue flames forms) on my joomla site, but it is not looking correct. I have modules that should be displaying on the page and although i have enabled those modules for the form pafe, they are not appearing :(
I will send details via PM and you can check it out. I'm sure a quick and easy task for someone with experience. This is not a long task at all, so bid accordingly as i have much other work between 2 websites and there will be future business for the right person.
