PSD to Joomla 3.0 Template

Hello freelancers,
I have a PSD website mockup that I need made into a Joomla 3.0 Template.
I have supplied the screenshots of the PSDs. There are 3 different pages that need to be made, which are a homepage, a content page and a contact page. The homepage has a slightly different layout with a slideshow where as the standard page layout will be used for the majority of the pages.
The template needs to be fast and lightweight. It also must be responsive and look decent on mobile devices including the iPhone and iPad. All modules and content areas must be content managed and updatable via the Joomla CMS either through the module or article manager.
There is no content to be added, all text can be place holding text. There is a contact form that must work with Ajax validation if possible.
Development server can be supplied if desired.
In summary, it needs to be:
- A Joomla! 3.0 template
- Valid HTML and CSS
- SEO Friendly
- Responsive
- 3 pages, to show as a working example of each style page (Home, Content and Contact)
- Contact form (With Ajax or similar validation if possible)
- Slideshow on homepage
- Viewable online at a development URL
- Supplied as either an installable Joomla template or entire Joomla site with database zipped up
I am looking for a Joomla template expert and there is a lot more work in the pipeline if we find the right developer on this project.
