Buying Selling Marketplace Apps

My client would like to build a second hand stuff selling and buying ios apps. The idea is to create a marketplace for user to list their unwanted/used product and sell to people who are interested in. User can choose to sell their used item with fix price or choose to trade other user’s product.
Total views are roughly 20 including member signup, selling activity, create new selling, edit item status, there will be about 8 categories of products, for example, used computer, used camera, etc….Categories will be displayed with a slide bar from the left to the right. The right colum will be displaying product submit by users.
You will need to have experience of dealing with sms gateway such as Twilio, this is to verify user registration by sending user a code. Another main function wish to have is to display a category or all category products using a price matching function. For example, user set their product price as $50, system will check through the database and show product with similar price.
There will be a facebook style message box for user to discuss or ask question about the product. It should be locate right under the product page after one product has been created. New users should also be able to use facebook login to eliminate the registration process.
Search function should be created to allow user to search their want product. I will give you more detail layout and structures about this apps. We are looking for high profile freelancer to bid for this product and looking to create a long term partnership.
