3568 Classifieds Ad Website Update

I have a classified ads website that I want to implement. It is the script from [url removed, login to view] called Classifieds Enterprise It needs the following. 01. It is setup for Paypal. I need it to interface with the already written PHP Class at [url removed, login to view] so I can use credit cards. 02. It is setup to charge a fixed rate for all classified ads on the site. I need to be able to charge a different rate per category/sub category 03. The system allows Countries – States – Cities. Someone forgot to add search Capability across cities. We need to add a search across cities AND provide a dropdown of all available cities when they post the ad. (currently you just enter a free text city name) The cities data is already in the database. 04. I need to be able to email everyone in the database by Country, City, State 05. For Payment History screen add a search for all fields (Transaction ID, Ad Id, email, etc) It currently only searches by date. 06. I need an online database backup capability that I can execute as needed or schedule by time. 07. Currently the system just stores the classified ad as well as the users email address. I want to collect more personal information (Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, Website, Email) I want this information to be stored in the database as well as a cookie so that it will automatically fill in the fields whenever they post a classified ad. 08. Remove any code in the package that locks execution to a particular domain or contacts any 3rd party websites. This may or may not be present. I estimate less than 8 hours Everything must be WELL commented so that the modifications can be easily added to any updated versions of the script. The MYSQL database modifications MUST be supplied in an SQL text file that can be installed and re-installed on a clean database.
