I cant really get this site to upload certain files. I think the FFMPEG conversion is not quite functioning still.

I can upload almost anything to youtube. But the same files wont load on my site. Not sure if you can fix, But you were excellent in getting the files loaded and mostly working. I just cant let it go live if it wont function like youtube. Please advise if you can take a look at it and see what might be the problem
