SMS Messages to paid wordpress members through Nexmo

I'd like plugin to send SMS messages to paid members (wordpress + s2member plugin).
1. Member should have a page to select country and phone number. After selection number should be confirmed by sms to this number with the confirmation code.
After the confirmation member should have checkbox "Enable SMS Notifications" to enable / stop sms notifications at any time.
Also member should be able to change and confirm new phone number.
2. Administrator should have ability to manually update phone numbers for members and mark them confirmed.
3. SMS sending page.
- Administrator should have the count of credits with Nexmo at the top
- From field. It should be pre-filled with admin ability to type different name.
- Administrator should have drop-down to choose the group of users to send SMS by roles like s2member_level1
and window to type the message.
Message should go out to all users with this role with confirmed phone and enabled notifications.
Basic stats of all sent messages should be recorded in a table below.
