Woocommerce Wordpress product measurements

I am creating an online store for a client and the site has some requirements that available plugins just dont cover.
I am looking for a solution for this Online Flooring Store: [url removed, login to view]
I already have installed the Measurement Price Calculator but it doesnt work quite how I need it to.
The customers need to be able to input the required sq m (square meters) into a box, the website will then return a price based on the price per pack of flooring and round up to that sq m (square meter) value.
For Example: I sell Laminate flooring for £10 per square meter, a single pack covers 2 square meters and the customer requires 12 square meters. They input 12 square meters into the box and it tells them they need 6 packs which is 12 square meters at a price of £60 + vat
Some of my other flooring for example Carpet needs to be calculated differently as the customer chooses the Width from a drop down box for example Width = 4m the website lets them enter the exact length they require and it calculates the cost based on the product's price per square meter.

There may be other work involved to help get this site where it needs to be such as a Product Sample solution, as well as this I may be able to offer this type of project again for my other projects.
