My client have a credit repair company.

His Process--->

I sign up clients I ask them to sign over or obtain a credit report. I get these reports in two manners, either by .pdf file in email or hard copy sent to office.

I take specific information from those reports and I mail dispute letter to the credit breaeau and the creditors.

Clients ---Reports (.PDF, mail or hardcopy)-->Middle Process (Collect specific information)--> Send to Credit Bureau(Process) -->report to Clients.

Right now I have template letters but I manually take information from the credit reports such as name, address acct name, acct number, etc and manually type it into a template letter. From there I mail them to the correct correspondence.

I call my client every two weeks to check up with them

and I mail out different information to them regularly

Here is where I would like to improve to streamline of process:

Receiving paperwork... such as letters or updated credit report. I would like to create a portal.

1.) Where the customer can upload their letters to me or if they mail it to me allow my assist to take the mailed copies, scan they and upload it.

2.) I would also like something that I can log in and show the progress of each client

Processing the file: I would like to simply enter the name and address one time and it shows up in all the spaces it needs in the template

it would be nice if i could take the account names and account numbers from the credit file and it be added to the template instead of manually typing it or cutting and pasting.

Also I have a list of 20 responses(standard you can use option button for these) per account. I would like to simply click on a particular response and have it automatically added to the template and room to update and add more responses in the future I would also like a daily task reminder of the letters that need to be mailed for the day and the customers name or the phone calls that need to be made for that day.
