Fix State and Country Collection During Member Registration

We have an intermittent error in form validation and database capture that stops people from ordering wine from our website: details relevant to the delivery address are not captured (Country and I think State is required).

Your task is to analyse the images of the errors, review the CFMX and SQL code, work out what's happening and then fix it.

The error is intermittent: I have customer records where the data has been captured. ? I have customer records where the data has not - and there has been a successful order in both cases ?????

Don't you love these kind of errors. :O)

We find out about this error occasionally when a customer emails us to say "why can't we deliver to post code xyz?", where xyz is the postcode of a major city (which of course we deliver to)

It's unknown how many customers we loose because of this error.

## Deliverables

The key to this project is to fix it.

The only way I can see that the error occurs is in our members database when people register and the state and country is not captured (or when a customer emails asking why they get this "can't delivery to me" message when they are checking out (see the image for this).

You may have to rework the form validation code.

Maybe the javascript compiler goes down intermittantly and a form goes through to the database unchecked? ? If so, then you would develop some otherway of ensurng the data collected by the form was complete.
