I need content copied from existing site into my template(repost)

I need a coder experienced with? php to copy the content (product categories and written content) from an existing site into my empty Mysql database driven site template. I will give you the program (script) that includes the empty template and user manual.? I will also provide you with my chosen domain name.

I will give you the url of the site I need the content copied from and? further information and content you require as you progress

ALSO....

I require some layout mods to be completed to my site to enhance its design (I don't have instructions for these).

I require a basic custom template for my site to enhance its overall design appearance (I can provide you with instructions on how to make a compatible template for the script/program you will be working with).

I DO NOT REQUIRE A PROGRAM TO BE WRITTEN.

I DO REQUIRE THE CONTENT FROM AN EXISTING SITE (USING THE SAME PROGRAM SCRIPT) TO BE COPIED TO MY SITE TEMPLATE (SAME PROGRAM SCRIPT AS THE EXISTING SITE).

*The majority of this project requires you to simply copy the content from one template (exiting site) into my template*.

? REQUIREMENTS:

1. Copy content from an existing site (I will give you the url of the existing site) into my site (I will give you the program scipt that includes the template and user manual).

2. Work/communicate with me to build me a site based on the example I provide to my satisfaction

3. Enhance the layout of my site and change some layout mods according to? my? specifications. The majority of these layout mods are not covered in the user manual but I can give you the script and instructions for some layout mods I require.

5. Make me a basic custom template for my site to enhance its overall design and make it unique (with graphics that don't breach copyright). I can provide a manual on how to make compatible templates with the program.

6. Consider SEO when completing all aspects of this project and optimize my site for SEO when completing the project. Also provide me with some suggestions on how to increase my ranking in the search engines. Any suggestions very welcome!!!

7. Keep an open line of communication and be honest, dedicated and trustworthy.

7. Be willing to change layout etc if I am not satisfied with the final result

8. Be willing to provide me with help/directions if you require additional content or information from me. I am not very good with technical things!
