Wordpress Plugin (HTML File Parsing to Wordpress)

Hi,

I have some pre-formatted html files that include articles in them. (you can see sample html files attached)

I want a wordpress plugin that asks for html file (as in samples) and process these files and add posts to the database accordingly.

I'm also adding 2 "readme" pictures that explains HOW you should parse the articles from html files.

I'm using latest Wordpress version.
