Need Immediate Consulting/ Coding help on custom PHP MVC Framework

I have partially completed custom PHP MVC style framework that uses Smarty Templates.

I need someone to help me evaluate this code, see if we can get the base system up and running. (It was running at one point)

Then help me understand and evaluate what we have, and begin documenting coding conventions etc. for the larger project where multiple programmers will be involved.

If the selected bidder makes significant progress in the first 4 hours, then we'll discuss next steps and possibly extend. The criteria for extending is subject to me being comfortable with you, your ability to quickly wrap your arms around this code, and being willing and capable of picking up where the previous coder left off and potentially completing the framework.

I will select someone within the first two hours of posting. This work must be completed by 6/2/2013 5p (America/Phoenix) 22 hours from now.

You will be required to download the source code from a link that I will provide and install the code in your own hosting environment for evaluation.
