looking for a recurring orders extension for magento (similar to an old one called skywire)

1. allow the customer to add items and manage lists to be shipped at different intervals ie: weekly, monthly, 15th of every month.

2. mine does not need to be tied to payment module as i bill open invoice.

3. here is a link to skywire which is no longer available, wonder where that code is sitting?
