Ruby on Rails developer

Experienced Rails developer required to build a custom CMS.
Technologies to be used : Rails 3.1 (in depth knowledge of Rails is required) , Javascript and jQuery , CSS . The app will use a Postgres backend, but experience in this is not absolutely necessary, just a plus.
I would prefer someone who is familiar with Agile development techniques ( using Pivotal Tracker and Githhub along with Skype/Vim ) as you will be working closely together with other developers . Being available daily for 2 -3 hours at a mutually agreed common time is also important .
