Scan, Search and Capture Business Data Program

Step 1.> The software program MUST be able to go to targeted websites that I

have an interest in capturing public information from and scan them for information

of interest to me. The information that is captured is then stored in a database that

I will access regularly for Admin purposes. This is not a retail or public website.

Note: The information is in Excel or PDF. Some of the websites where the

information is located MAY only have it in PDF format, so you must be mindful

of this and how to capture this information.

Step 2.> Once the information has been captured and stored, I want a telephone

secured if possible. So the information must be run through the database search

function of the Major Telephone Directory Search Engines, such as [url removed, login to view],

[url removed, login to view] and a third source undetermined at this time. Since the captured

information contains the address and business name, I believe that we have a high

probability of securing of the telephone number.

Step 3.> Because all of the captured information has address information and Zip Code,

the software should have the ability to filter by Zip Code, and place Geo Map points on

a map and then send that completed information via email to a subscribed person on

my recipient list.

How to handle New Information that is Updated Weekly at the Targeted Websites

Step 4.> New Information is updated on the Targeted Websites weekly, so I would

need to capture those businesses and then immediately have a telephone number

search performed. If there are multiple entries that are captured during the update

process, then filtering by Zipcode and Geo Mapping is required.

Note: because these specific Updated New Businesses are relatively new, in most

cases, it may not be possible to get a telephone number sometimes.

Step 5.> With this specific NEW Business Update Information an ALERT should be

triggered and send the information via text message to both cellphone and an email

to the selected recipient on my list.

Note: As far as the websites that are to be scanned on a continual basis, I would

need to be able to make new entries of the specific targeted websites with the

program that you would develop for me.
