I'm looking for an excellent C# .Net programmer (linq is must). After having some poor experience with several coders, I'm pretty tired of not receiving the product I'm asking, and getting products that are very poorly built.
I want to have a web portal for my company.
The portal includes a home page and a page for each of the organization's divisions. There should be an Admin panel to manage the portal content.
I created a characterization for the project. Please find attached relevant documents:
1) An Excel file that describes the structure of the portal
2) A Word document with explanations.
The design of the portal will be provided to you.
You are required to program the system itself.
Due to the bad experience I had here with some coders, I intend to work with coders that I know are capable of doing the job.
If you are interested in doing this work, I want you to do a short task before working on the project itself. The programming task, for which I will of course pay, should be easy for anyone who masters .Net. I will test the product I receive but mainly I will check the code itself.
If the task's product will be satisfying, I'll be happy to work with you on the project.

Coders that are interested in doing this project will be requested to do a short .NET task (which I will pay for) in order to make sure they are capable of doing the job. If the task's product issatisfying, I'll be happy to work with the coder on this project.
The final PSD design files will be delivered to the chosen coder. You can find attached a JPEG version of them.
