I have a project that I need to have worked on, my budget is no more then $7/hour USD.

If I contact you it is because I am interested in your skills. I will discuss the project further.

Please speak good english and be able to make changes upon request.

Please make sure your code is commented, it needs to be clean code!

My budget is for 10 hours max for right now.

Also, please do not try and convince me to use a PHP framework, I do not want to use a PHP framework so if you don't know how to code in PHP without a framework environment, DO NOT BID!

I do not pay milestones up front so don't ask, you can look at my reputation on here to see that I am good for all my projects. Thank you!
