**--Front Page changes and additions.**

1-In the News Item Section, I would like a header designed saying "Latest News" (?ltimas Noticias in Spanish).

2-Design a small banner called "Calculate your Mortgage" (Calcula tu Hipoteca in Spanish) that links to the Mortgage Calculator.

3-Add a Follow Us on Twitter (Siguenos en Twitter in Spanish) button.

4-If you look at the bottom of the page of the following site [[url removed, login to view]][2] [you will see that there are lots of relevant keywords that can be clicked. I would like this on the bottom of my site, replacing the current Provinces list that I have.][2]

[5-Make the slogan under the Logo (Anuncios Gratis de Venta y Permuta de Viviendas) text, so that the search engines can read it. At the moment it is part of the logo jpeg.][2] **

6-Can you create an XML FEED, so that I can appear on meta-search engines. Here are a few examples, [[url removed, login to view]][3], [[url removed, login to view]][4], [[url removed, login to view]][5], etc. They have emailed me on how it should be carried out, so I can supply you with that.

7-Randomize the search results of properties.

8-Currently, when users try to add photos that have a large file size they have an error appearing on the site instead of the image. The photos need to load fast and correctly always.

9-Presently, the photos uploaded to the site have meaningless ALT-TEXT. I would like this changed to include some relevant keywords.
