Convert MSSQL Stored Procedure to SQL Compact (C# code)

I have an web application that uses Microsoft SQL Server.? My goal is to convert the application to use the Compact version of Microsoft SQL that is about 2mb.? This will allow the application to run where MS SQL is not on the host.
To do this, a number of conversions need to take place.? First, there are a large number of stored procedures (not supported in SQL Compact) that will need to be converted to code.? The application is already structured to allow the database to be replaced.? There is an an assembly for each module that loads and stores data.? The stored procedure and SQL Data Provider assemblies will need to be converted to have the same classes, but to call the SQL Statements directly rather than execute a stored procedure.
The installation scripts (TSQL) will need to be converted or replaced.
One concern is that SQL Compact Edition is not multi-threaded or multi-user.? I am open to using a different tool instead.
## Deliverables
The deliverable for this project will be source code and compiled code that is able to allow the current ASP.Net web applicaiton to run and complete a series of tests involving browsing pages and submitting content.
The deliverable will document the changes that were done such that another SQL developer would be able to follow the same steps to reproduce the results.
