I need an interst searcher for icq. It uses the icq whitepages to search for a keyword. it then returns a list of found people and sends them a message of my choice. This just loops over until stopped manually.

## Deliverables

When paying the programmer he/she must aggree to hand over; -The source code (vb) -the working & tested .exe file He/she must also be prepared to stay in contact with me in case of future problems/questions relating to the project.

## Deadline information

Must be completed no longer then 1 week from start date. Unless a valid reason is borught to my attention
