Image Overlay in vb6

I need to be able to apply a pointer image (overlay) on top of any givin bitmap.

This code can be found in the sample.

'in this code snip, I show:

' 1. an original bitmap (which needs to overlayed by the pointer bitmap.)

' 2. the ovelay bitmap and

' 3. what the resulting bitmap should look like.

'Note I cannot just store the overlayed image as the original 'bitmap can be any bitmap loaded.
