We run a website that is utilizing a simple DLL built by a developer a few years ago at our company. In the past we have created "sister" sites that have the same functionality as the site that uses this DLL, just using a slightly modified version of this DLL. It is time to put up another sister site. We have the DLL and some rudimentary knowledge of the process, but our developer has left.
Our needs are:
1) We forward you the VB file, you change a few lines of code and make the new DLL.
2) We upload and initialize the DLL on our server
3) We test to make sure the DLL is properly functioning
4) You make any fixes
5) Done.
This should be a very simple project for any VB developer who has ever made DLLs used by websites. It used to take our developer about 15 minutes to complete this project. A more complete process description and access to the VB file will be available to you upon agreement. This has opportunity to turn into a more lucrative project to actually modify the functions of the DLL in the near future, but for now it is just a simple job of getting the DLL to plug and play with the website.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Visual Basic Vb DLL created in VB6 wihich will run on IIS5 Win 2K server interfacing with ASP website.
