VISIO 2007 / VB.NET Dynamic Drawing

I require a Visio 2007 / VB.Net 2.0 project that will connect to a SQL database (local) OR Excel spreadsheet, read data from a table and create a VISIO drawing based on the data.

The table will contain:

* an ID number

* a set of X & Y coordinates for each shape (rectangle)

* a rotation angle for each shape

* a height & width dimension for each shape

The project will need to read each line from the table, place a rectangle of the given dimensions onto a drawing at the given coordinates, label the rectangle with the ID number, and finally, rotate the rectangle to the given angle. The project will need to do this for each line in the table.

Additionally, if the user then moves one of the shapes in the VISIO drawing manually, the user should be able to click a button to save the new coordinates or angle of rotation back to the database. Users should also be able to delete shapes from the drawing - New shapes will be added directly through a form to the database, NOT by adding a shape to the drawing.

This project can either be created as a VISIO VBA project (contained within a VISIO .vsd file) or as a VB.NET 2.0 project
