We need to develop a web application, in which you can register two types of users as well as administrators and sub-administrators.

The first group of users is the end-user (hereinafter "Users") and the second is the user who pays for our service (hereinafter "Providers").

Registration of "Users" should allow registration and login via "Social Networks" and may or may not require authentication by mail. "Providers" must verify their identity through the sub-administrator or administrators.

Once the "Users" are registered, they can send a "Notification" to all "Providers" who are close to him through the home page of the site to report a "Product" that the "User" needs. The "Notification" does not indicate any personal data or "User's" "Location".

When all "Providers" near User's location recieve such "Notification", they may or may not respond to it with a satisfactory answer if they have the product that the user needs. This response sends business contact information, address and a message saying they have the requested product.

Each "User" has a control panel in which they can edit their personal data, having a historical record of "Requested Notification's" and successful "Transactions".

The "Providers" control panel must include a payment platform including PayPal or credit card, where each "Provider" can pay their subscriptions, a notification panel for User's requests and a panel to report completed Transactions.

Once the "Transactions" are completed, the "Providers" must report Succesful "Transactions" within their control panel and a "Notification" is sent to the "User" to qualify the "Provider" and also having the posibility to share the score and "Provider" information through "Social Networks".

The web application should have pages for statistical analysis of all order notifications, keywords, products ordered, the "User's" Gender, the "User's" age and "Location" from which the user ordered, successful "Transactions".

There should one of this pages for the administrator, one for sub-managers and one for "Providers". The last one should be allowed to be modified by the administrator or sub-administrators to display limited information that will be useful only to the "Provider".

Additionally the web application must have a php "Class" to enable publishing contact details of "Providers" in a type of business directory site to be developed in a second stage. It must allow loading the "Class" at the beginning of any page using the "id" of the "Provider". All the contact details of the "Provider" is loaded as separate php variables, in order to place them anywhere on the page.
