Looking to develop an online surveying tool and database that can be used to accept different questions and scoring mechanisms from an Administrator or authorized user, and then post the survey online for others to complete. The survey data collected must be stored, maintained, and then accessible via reporting mechanisms for authorized users. Reports should be dynamic and easily configurable to pull and compare different views of the data. The data must be able to link back to the user and organization that completed it in the database and thus data should be categorized by industry/sector, size, etc. All of these activities and actions must be achievable via browsers and have a mobile app interface for subscribed users to review survey results.
