OK, so this project will involve a lot of creativity. Basically, I have started a local review site (for restaurants, car places, etc.) and need to know what you can do to make it better (on the backend) and what the cost is. I am NOT interested in using any software package, I just want some backend functionality. Please also quote any kind of SEO that you can do and how you can guarantee results.
