PSD to HTML simple website

Hi Freelancers,
I need you to convert the attached images (after chosing the winner, I'll provide the layered PSD) to simple HTML. Don't need to be responsive.
I'm also a developer but I don't have time, at the moment, to sort this out. I'd like the markup and CSS well commented so I can make updates later, if I need to.
Send me a PM if you can start tomorrow and any questions you may have.
Also, the provider must show me the project working on a live server in order to test before closing the project.
Tomorrow morning (London time) I'll contact some of you to award the project so you can start and deliver whithin 12 hours (I think is doable).
And the word "Tacuara" to prevent template contacts with no brief reading.
