I need a simple question / answer website.
My clients ask me questions and I provide the answer.
Each user will need to sign up for an account.
The user account needs to keep track of the questions they ask, the answers they receive, their monthly payments, personal profile, password reset and the likes.
The end user will need to login to asks their questions. They will also need an upload link under the form where they can up load a file if they need to.
User will pay for their account through a PayPal subscription.
I will need a backend to manage the site, to answer the questions, to set the service price and so forth.
