Redesign Job Portal with CMS Installation

we are looking to redesign front end pages before and after login.
we are using vendroid admin template and need to redesign the front end pages. Also developer will be responsible to install a CMS to control front end pages.
The important part of this part that developer has to understand the UI/UX of the site and simplify navigation.
Furthermroe, developer/designer can select componenet from [login to view URL] to integrate to the site.
Pages include:
Job Seeker Portal (25 pages)
Employer Portal (25 pages)
CMS installation
Static Pages (10)
Blog
Full sepcs will be provided to the developer upon evaluation of the site.
Required technical expertise:
UI/UX
HTML
CSS
PHP
JAVA script
AJAX
Site must be resposive and pinned header with SEO integrated!
Site currently bilingual and must keep the language intact.
Process;
Developer must submit new cocnepts design and upon approval to implment.
Functionalties of the iste must be adopted and used through out the site.
Must be committed for 2-weeks with a bonus if developer meets the deadline.
