Simple remove logo from my site

Hello,
I need a logo on my site www nocreditcheckproperties com removed It appears on almost every page and I need it removed asap .. see attachment for the logo in question and then visit the site to see where it appears to give you an idea of the work involved...simple for those who know what they are doing......
Also
Once the logo removal has been completed I need the 3 pictures on the very bottom of my other site www iwebuyuglyhouses com removed to be replaced with text.
Experienced preferred and especially those I have worked with in the past...I think a max of 30.00 is good pay for this simple project.
Then upon completion I may have another to do by tomorrow.
