Site Coding and Design Similar To Existing Site

I am looking for a web site similar to an existing web site most of the same features and some additional features will be added, there will be some changes to the features. Please PM me for details and example site.
You must be able to code and design. You must have at least 10 Jobs completed on GAF with a rating of 9 or better, if you do not meet these two items DO NOT BID, this will just waste your time and mine.
***READ BEFORE YOU PLACE BID**** The project must start within 2 days of being awarded the project, the project must be completed within 45 days from the day awarded, each day past 45 day we will deduct $25.00 a day penalty for non completion by delivery date. Floods, Holidays, Power Outages etc. are not acceptable excuses for non completion by [login to view URL] make sure you understand the job 100% and can meet the deadline 100% before bidding. Depoist will be made in escrow of 50% here on GAF at time of work started, the escrow WILL NOT BE RELEASED in part or full until the job is 100% completed and working on our server bug free! The final payment will be made within 10 days after the ob is 100%, bug free and tested on our server. -
