Solving Uploading Problem in Video Sharing Website

Hi Guys,
I need a programmer that know to deal with FFMPEG and video sharing website. We're working on jomsocial based video sharing software and using cirtex hosting for temporary hosting before moving to dedicate.
The problem is the video can't be uploaded to the site using firefox and Internet explorer. It works fine with chrome and Opera.
Please let me know if you have some experience in this kind of problems.
