template installation to a modded osc cart

I have designed a template. I have all the psds and the flas. The header is partly done and so is is the style sheet. I want a skilled and experienced osCommerce programmer to install the rest of the template exactly the way it looks in the modded oscommere cart. But it is not hard to work on it as I have myself made up a store with help of this modded cart.
I'll send via pmb the static images of the template to some selected programmers. The store I want you to work on doesnt have any complex contribution like header tags controller or STS,BTS installed. For such simple templates I guess its good not to have STS or BTS. However you should keep in mind that the store is a modded one. I'll post the name and the url of that modded store in the pmb if you like. My budget is $40. I want the work to be completed in two days as not much work is left. Best of luck.
Ok. I have decided to give some more info as well as show you all the template. Everything else is done. I am looking for the following things only:
1) The category box should look EXACTLY similar. specially the arrows. I know how to put the heading 'categories' over there. And I guess can also make it overlap the box like the way it is done in the template. But if you can do that too withing my budget, that will be good. For those arrows to be placed on both the left and right sides, there must be a contribution available.
2) I want the featured box to be exactly similar. Like the box should overlap a bit and the products should be listend in the same way.
