There are two websites that need a complete rework.

The new templates for these are are from rocketthemes and will need to be installed on the site. I would also like to upgrade the sites from the current joomla! version to the latest joomla! version.
All the site content must be carried across.
The two templates that will be used are:
Cerulean - [url removed, login to view]
Graffito - [url removed, login to view]
Time lines are tight and this work needs to be done ASAP.
Artwork (logos etc) will be provided in adobe illustrator format.
The selected programmer will also be able to benefit from regular work with regards site maintenance. This will be on a weekly basis depending on how well the work is carried out.
